Luis Fernando Perissoto completed his master degree at the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" (ESALQ/USP), conducting research within the SOHMA group focused on the effects of grass-based diversification on soil health and carbon sequestration in tropical cotton production systems, marking the conclusion of an important stage in his scientific career. He now continues his doctoral studies, developing research on ecological intensification in Cerrado agriculture, impacts on soil health and carbon stocks.
