Luis Perissoto

PhD candidate in the Graduate Program in Soils and Plant Nutrition at the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (ESALQ), University of São Paulo (2024–present). Agronomist graduated from ESALQ (2017–2023), with experience in agricultural experimentation with soybean, maize, and cotton crops (2022), as well as in the sugarcane and bioenergy sector, working with crop management practices (2023–2024).

His research focuses on Soil Management and Soil Quality, particularly on “Crop diversification and the use of cover crops to improve soil health in cotton production areas in the Brazilian Cerrado.”
